Whether you have a regular practice or are stepping on the yoga mat for the first time, you will find that these workshops will welcome, teach and challenge you. 

This yoga practice features Kirtan or sacred mantras, chanted and accompanied by musical instruments, organically woven into the class as an expression of devotional sentiment held in the heart, based on compassion and devotion. Jeni will provide intelligent options and variations for all levels to explore and progress. Beginners will have an option to stay at a base level, while others may choose to explore deeper. 

Bring your own mats, props, and water bottles if possible, otherwise, a mat will be provided for you.
